"Women's Aid charity in Southampton, helping women, children and teenagers who suffer domestic or sexual abuse."
from their website
"Each year we are contacted by hundreds of women, from all backgrounds and of all age groups
who either fear or are experiencing, abuse at home or in a relationship.
If you think you are being abused please click here
Our services are open to all women, are non-directional and non-judgmental.
We are here to give you support and information to allow you to make choices to improve your life
and help you to be safe, but we respect they are your choices.
We also have Children and Youth Workers who can directly support your children.
Our approach is holistic.
We run educational projects in schools and colleges to help children and young people see what a good relationship looks like and to teach them how to stay safe in relationships. We also offer workshops,
self-help and self-esteem groups to help with rebuilding lives that are damaged by domestic violence.
We are here for you and we care"
